*2 cups Beetroot, skin removed and cut into small pieces (I used canned beets)
* ½ cup Black Gram (Urad dal, Minappappu)
* ¼ cup Coriander Seeds (Dhaniya, Dhaniyalu)

Ingredients :
1 kilo beetroots
1 tin condensed milk
1/2 liter milk (full cream better)
Some cashewnuts or almond bits
A pinch of vanilla (optional)
sugar to taste (you can even avoid it all together)
