Chicken 1 kg

Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Red chilly powder ½ tsp
Cloves 3-4
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Cardamom 2-3
Bay leaf one
Whole red chillies two
Oil 150 ml
Salt to taste
