Starting his career as a trainee in a small hotel in 1984, Chef Zakir Qureshi now rules the hearts and kitchens of Masala’s viewers.
Appetizers are small course meals served right at the beginning of a meal. Starters with Zakir is a 15 minutes appetizer based program, in which Chef Zakir makes a variety of scrumptious Starters. Zakir a master chef demonstrates gourmet cooking with his own style and continues his expertise in international cooking as well as local cuisines. He has made cooking, easy for everyone. With the taste of Knorr, Zakir is now making international cooking easier for viewers who don’t have much time to cook or who are in learning stage.

I am glad to read about Zakir Qureshi Saheb. When I was in Pakistan I use
to watch his programmes on Masala Channel but since moving out to Canada
I have missed those. Hope it will be possible to read about him and his
recipe’s on this blog. Thanks again.
you are the great chef no doubt about it but, i have a suggestion if u may give a thought, please teach our girls how to decorate salads or dishes (from veges or fruits) before ending yr programme. Many lack the knowledge in this area as well. Otherwise you and your show is excellent i am great fan of you although there are many other chefs but you stands tall.
